Traditional methods to process mackerels are as follows: preserved with salt after internal organs
are removed, vacuum packed after edible parts are cut and matured, or frozen after the head and internal
organs are removed. Here, we have stood by the traditional processing methods, and conducted intensive
research on the processing methods of mackerels to develop new croquette-line products for patenting.
Our R&D Department is operated under the certification of the government, and is continuously ongoing research on various products using mackerels. In particular, we are striving to develop various processed
foods by adding appropriate spices to filets for easy cooking at home. We will make a ceaseless effort to suit
diverse tastes of our customers.
